We’re Freddy & Josey.
husband-wife team serving clients who eventually go from strangers to friends to family, and helping agents build the life they dream about through intentional coaching and strategy.
We’ve been in the industry for 12 years and have served over 700 families. For years, our business has grown purely through referrals and relationships — we’ve never paid for leads.
But this season feels different. We’re leaning in, building together, and finally putting a name to what we’ve always been: The Baez Collective.

Washington Heights.
reddy and Josey Baez’s journey into real estate and mortgage began with deeply rooted family values and a shared immigrant experience. As first-generation immigrants to the United States, both of them saw firsthand how homeownership symbolized not just stability, but the realization of a family’s sacrifice and dreams for the next generation.
In those early days, each witnessed how their families worked tirelessly to create opportunities that went beyond simply owning a home — they were building a legacy of wealth and access to a better life. That shared understanding of what homeownership truly meant became the cornerstone of their vision, and the heart behind everything they do today.

The first was the birth of their daughter — a moment that transformed their passion into a legacy-driven purpose. It was no longer just about helping families buy or sell homes; it became about creating generational impact. Their faith deepened during this time, shaping the belief that every transaction is an opportunity to serve others with integrity, excellence, and love.
The second came when they relocated within Florida to expand their reach and bring a fresh approach to the real estate and mortgage experience. The move tested their adaptability and reignited their entrepreneurial spirit. Each new market challenged them to innovate, strengthen relationships, and build a brand rooted in authenticity and service.
